- Your exact job title in market English (for example Technical Support Engineer or Senior Technical Support Engineer) must appear in the headline and in at least one role.
- Years of hands-on technical support experience and the product domain (for example B2B SaaS) must be stated explicitly in the summary.
- Each core tool from the job posting (for example Zendesk, Jira, SQL, Datadog) must appear by its exact name in at least one role line, with the acronym written once when applicable.
- Measurable outcomes such as ticket volume, response time, resolution rate or customer satisfaction must appear in the bullets.
- Your English level with proof (for example a CEFR level and a test score) and your time zone with remote availability must be stated clearly.

Errores comunes en Latinoamérica
- Writing a generic job title in Spanish, such as 'Ingeniero de soporte', instead of 'Technical Support Engineer'. Fix: use the exact market English title that the job posting uses.
- Listing tools in a skills section only, with no role tied to them. Fix: name each tool inside a bullet that shows how you used it and for what result.
- Describing duties without numbers, such as 'atendía clientes'. Fix: add volume, scope or result, for example 'handled 40 tickets per day for 300 customers'.
- Omitting time zone and work authorization, which leaves recruiters guessing. Fix: write your UTC offset and whether you work as an independent contractor or through an EOR such as Deel.
- Using local degree names or Brazilian-style employment terms, which confuse foreign recruiters. Fix: translate degrees to market English (for example B.S. in Computer Science) and state your contract type in plain English.

Conocer Pro ›Preguntas frecuentes
